Can I spend more money than I have on my card? No, but sometimes a merchant will make a mistake and accept your card without checking availability of the funds on your card account. Should this occur you will be responsible for payment of the charges to your card account. A negative balance fee may be charged to your card account.

Any remaining funds on your old card account will be transferred to a new card account. A new personalized card will be mailed to your address on file.
